HASHISH MANUFACTURING VERY SMALL TIME

Hashish, made from bits of left over sugar leaf and broken bud and what ever glans heads can be scooped up, or scraped off of a table top which has been used for trimming can be separated from broken leaf and stem by screening through a 80 micron polyester or silk screen. The stems should be removed as much as possible before the product to be screened is scissored till it is the consistency of tea leaves or sawdust.

The parchment paper will be seen in later photographs lining the bottom of the bowl.
Silicon parchment paper made for baking is inexpensive, readily available and essential as a surface which will not adhere to glans heads.

Silicon parchment paper is essential to manufacture screened hash, to press squeeze and store concentrates.
The 80 micron polyester screen which is used to top the hash making bowl appliance can be seen in the photograph above and can be purchased at artist's supply stores, blueprint supply stores and at specialty stores catering to hobbyists or growers.
The destemmed and scissored sugar leaf and bits of broken bud with any glans heads that could be collected is placed on top of the polyester screen.
To the right is an example of how the credit card would be used vertically to stir and to mound up the product to rub it through the screen again as demonstrated in the picture above.
The credit card can be used as a scoop or shovel to carefully remove the undesirable material which did not go through the 80 micron screen.
In the bottom the bowl, in the non stick nest of parchment paper liner will be a drift of green, white or gold glans heads. Pick up the parchment paper carefully over a table top surface, fold it and pour the screened product into a smaller piece of silicon parchment paper. Use the credit card to scrape the liner parchment paper carefully and pour that in with the rest of your screened glans heads.
The resulting product can be made into hash, using a heated press, heating it in a cocoon of parchment paper and then aluminum foil and pressing it with a gluing clamp or making it into a little bindle which you place in the bottom of your shoe under your heel for a few hours. All of these methods will create really fine hashish.

SUPERHEATED STEAM SQUEEZE
INTERESTING DEVELOPMENTS IN SQUEEZING ROSIN
It is possible that I do put more effort into experementation and documentation.
in 1970 or thereabouts I had a vaporizer made from, you could still do it, a model railroad rheostat and transformer and an automotive cigarette lighter.
Had I known about squeezing, the vaporizer and the Squish would have been really great. All of the technology was available unlike today's other products.
I thought the pot did not burn and I thought it had to, I am smarter than that now but it is too bad, it would have been really fine to market the first vaporizers. Oh Oh, when they made producing smoking pipes etc for marijuana illegal, considered it to be trafficking drugs, that might not have ended well.
HERE WE GO THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT STEAM SQUEEZE
ORDINARY BOTTLE JACKS PRODUCE 2 1/2 TONS PRESSURE. GET ONE AND FIND A WAY TO CAGE IT, OR PLACE IT BETWEEN AN OVERHANG AND THE GROUND OR UNDER A CAR BUMPER, ANYTHING TO HAVE THE JACK PRESS YOUR HEATED PLATES TOGETHER. PARCHMENT PAPER IS CHEAP AND AVAILABLE.
Do not forget that the "pencil" is first rolled in scrap paper with water drops. DOUBLE YOUR STRIP OF PARCHMENT PAPER, FOLDING A FULL WIDTH STRIP WHICH IS WIDE ENOUGH TO EASILY WRAP THE POT.
Fold it and roll it and fold in the ends and roll some more, all very tightly at the last minute before squeezing. Before that the process below is conducted.
The charge will have been placed in an old used bit of parchment paper with a drop of water every inch or so and rolled ever so tightly, even rolled in an additional strip. Keep the pressure on it by placing something to weigh it down and squash it a bit.
HEAT THE PLATES IN A TOASTER OVEN, ON A WOODSTOVE, WITH PID. A VALUABLE TOOL IS A PROBE TYPE OVEN OR ROAST THERMOMETER
When your plates of any material, there are optimum materials, are at 390* F. wearing gloves and using extra cloths get the pencil freshly rolled into the doubled folded parchment paper and close the gap so the charge heats up. You should hear and possibly see, steam, after a minute start to press. If Pot comes squeezing out, fold better or use less pressure. It is best to get up to 2 1/2 Tons. It can be common for Pot to blast out or flow out keep it away from the Squeeze if possible. Pot mixed with Rosin can be resqueezed.
Use lots of parchment paper if possible to fold a second covering over the pencil in its folded paper. Lay a sheet of Parchment paper under where you squish. I find that some of the Rosin can squirt out as a spray, look for and harvest it.

NEVER SAW THAT STUFF BEFORE, IT WAS TASTY AND EFFECTIVE WHEN I PUT IT IN AN ASYLUM RACER AND SMOKED IT LIKE IT WAS HASHISH.
Postscript: The Expectorant has too much fibre in it to smoke. Some of the very gooey bits can be vaporized however. If it is very gooey there is squeeze in it.
