The Air Force Officer's Club had eleven rooms to rent out, a lounge, a dining room and a cafeteria/dance hall.   Fredericton was a University town and there would be a University Student population to entertain at the freestanding two story building at the University of New Brunswick side of downtown Fredericton New Brunswick. My mother took the money saying that I was under her authority and she was not giving me the money. Grandfather Collard's gift to his grandson turned into a punishment instead, a ten thousand dollar fine for my eighteenth birthday. MOTHER SEIZED IT.

It is almost the life long mental cases creation, "the opposite of what you want". Seventy grams of plastic were reported packaging two x two grams of pot.

The over packaging is not what most marijuana consumers believe in doing. The rigorous over regulation will not let Marijuana Consumption be a part of public socialization where people meet new people and ideas. Live entertainment will probably not be part of Marijuana Legalization as well.

I had imagined the growing, processing and retail sale and  on-site consumption would be vertically integrated and the product quality would thus be controlled. That would be similar to the structure of small Brew Pubs and Wineries.

                                             

I had envisioned a public consumption of Marijuana like alcohol was once consumed in bars and clubs and still is in some situations, and like coffee houses of the past or they may be thriving in some locales, or like Les Club des Hashischiens in Paris France in the Eighteen Hundreds.
