YOU MIGHT BE SURPRISED AT HOW MUCH LABOR IS REQUIRED TO GROW EACH FOUR PLANT MARIJUANA CROP AND THEN TO DRY  DE-LEAF AND PROCESS IT.

PROCESSING EVERY BIT OF GLANS HEAD BEARING BUD AND SUGAR LEAF CAN CREATE NEW, INTERESTING AND EFFECTIVE CANNABIS PRODUCTS.

MY FAVORITE, AND THE MOST ELEGANT AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY CANNABIS EXTRACT IS THE HEAT AND PRESSURE EXTRACTED SQUEEZE.

I JUST DISCOVERED THIS PROCESS.

WHEN THE PARCHMENT PAPER SPLITS AND SOME OF THE MARIJUANA IS EXTRUDED THERE CAN BE A BIG BLOB OF SQUEEZE ROSIN ABSORBED IN THE MARIJUANA. CLOSELY INSPECT THE EXTRUSIONS AND IF THERE IS A WHOLE LOT OF STICKY GOOP IN SOME OF THE "EXTRUDO". I HAD SMOKED IT IN THE PAST BUT NOW THE USE OF AN EXTREME Q VAPORIZER AT 245*C, A QUARTER FULL STANDARD INSERT, F1 AND A BONG TYPE TUBE TO INHALE THROUGH PROSUCE THE BEST TOKES I HAVE EVER HAD, WITHOUT TAR OR A STINK IN THE ROOM.

CAREFULLY WRAP MOISTENED IN A DOUBLED FIVE INCH WIDE STRIP OF PARCHMENT PAPER AND PLACE BETWEEN THE HEATED PLATES AND SLOWLY APPLY PRESSURE ON THE PLATES WITH A PRESS OR A JACK OR ANYTHING. MORE PRESSURE, BETTER PRODUCTION.

A COMPLICATION WITH COLLECTING ALL OF THE SQUEEZE IS POSED BY BLOW OUT EXTRUSIONS OF THE MARIJUANA WHICH IS BEING PRESSED INSIDE THE FOLDED PARCHMENT PAPER. ROSIN WILL SATURATE SOME OF THE EXTRUSIONS.

THE METHOD OF RECLAIMING AND CONSUMING THE ROSIN OR SQUEEZE IS TO COLLECT THE STICKY PART OF THE INADVERTENTLY EXTRUDED MARIJUANA AND PLACE IT IN A PARCHMENT LINED TIN. I USE AN ARISER EXTREME Q TO VAPORIZE A HALF A TEASPOON AT A TIME OF THE ROSIN SATURATED EXTRUSION.

SQUEEZE

ART OR ARTIFICE: BACK TO THE ANCIENT MONO-BLOCK SYSTEM CHARACTERIZED BY STATIC DESIGN

Heat any metal or what? blocks in any oven or on a wood stove or in a Parabolic Sun Reflector or Refractor Lens. Before the Barbarian horde burnt my house at Otter Point I had a large collection of Fresnel lenses for projection and light show machines. I used to demonstrate Solar Cooking with the Fresnel lenses as well. You can also use a Stack of the lenses to focus a white hot spot. 

Heat what thick heat retaining plates you have up to a temperature which you know will warm a Cigar of Bud til the steam hisses from the three drops of water you put in. Wrap the Parchment at the last minute so the moisture does not weaken the paper. Double and roll and twist the Parchment paper to create a strong wrap and direct the Rosin the right way and put it in an additional sleeve of Parchment Paper because a really good squeeze might squirt out.

Any press will do, although I like about 5 Tons, 2 1/2 Tons works which is what car jacks and bottle jacks deliver when they are caged. I believe it works to put weight on the plates any way at all. 

I like a very large glass rod with a rounded right angle bend in it. But when it is possible to lift large amounts of the squeezed out melted glans heads with a RAZOR BLADE IS WHICH VERY GOOD, a flat angle and delicacy required.

CONSUMPTION

It is possible that I do put more effort into experimentation and documentation.

in 1970 or thereabouts I had a vaporizer made from, you could still do it, a model railroad rheostat and transformer and an automotive cigarette lighter.

Had I known about squeezing, the vaporizer and the Squish would have been really great. All of the technology was available unlike today's other products.

I thought the pot did not burn and I thought it had to, I am smarter than that now but it is too bad, it would have been really fine to market the first vaporizers. Oh Oh, when they made producing smoking pipes etc for marijuana illegal, considered it to be trafficking drugs, that might not have ended well.

CONSUMPTION

THE GLASS ROD I USE TO ROLL OFF SQUEEZE IS PICTURED ABOVE On the tray as well there is a 1976 Asylum Racer "S" fitted with a Brindle Farms electric vaporizer. The Rosin Dabbers are Nut Picks with rubber grips.

PRODUCTION

Stronger Parchment Paper or a different stronger substitute for paper would be good and it might well exist already, I will research that. I might hypothesise that some sort of press and heated plates with steam injection would be good.

I HAVE AN ACCURATE PROBE THERMOMETER, A MEAT ROASTER PROBE, BUT WITHOUT A PID THE BLOCKS INSIDE A THERMAL READER WOULD WORK WELL. I DID NOT NEED MY PID AND HEATER RODS ONE OF WHICH WAS FAULTY, THE OUTER WRAP INCOMPLETE AND IT BROKE.

SUPERHEATED STEAM SQUEEZE

INTERESTING DEVELOPMENTS IN SQUEEZING ROSIN

HERE WE GO THIS IS HOW YOU Do SQUEEZE

ORDINARY BOTTLE JACKS PRODUCE 2 1/2 TONS PRESSURE. GET ONE AND FIND A WAY TO CAGE IT, OR PLACE IT BETWEEN AN OVERHANG AND THE GROUND OR UNDER A CAR BUMPER, ANYTHING TO HAVE THE JACK PRESS YOUR HEATED  PLATES TOGETHER. PARCHMENT PAPER IS CHEAP AND AVAILABLE.

Do not forget that the "pencil" is first rolled in scrap paper with water drops. DOUBLE YOUR STRIP OF PARCHMENT PAPER, FOLDING A FULL WIDTH STRIP WHICH IS WIDE ENOUGH TO EASILY WRAP THE POT.

THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT STEAM SQUEEZE

Fold it and roll it and fold in the ends and roll some more, all very tightly at the last minute before squeezing. Before that the process below is conducted.  

The charge will have been placed in an old used bit of parchment paper with a drop of water every inch or so and rolled ever so tightly, even rolled in an additional strip. Keep the pressure on it by placing something to weigh it down and squash it a bit.

HEAT THE PLATES IN A TOASTER OVEN, ON A WOOD STOVE, or WITH a PID.      A VALUABLE TOOL IS A PROBE TYPE OVEN OR ROAST THERMOMETER

When your plates of any material, there are optimum materials, are at 390* F. wearing gloves and using extra cloths get the pencil freshly rolled into the doubled folded parchment paper and close the gap so the charge heats up. You should hear and possibly see, steam, after a minute start to press. If Pot comes squeezing out, (Dealing with this extrusion is the subject of this post. go to the start),  fold better or use less pressure. It is best to get up to 2 1/2 Tons. It can be common for Pot to blast out or flow out keep it away from the Squeeze if possible. Pot mixed with Rosin can be resqueezed.

Use lots of parchment paper if possible to fold a second covering over the pencil in its folded paper. Lay a sheet of Parchment paper under where you squish. I find that some of the Rosin can squirt out as a spray, look for and harvest it.

NEVER SAW THAT STUFF BEFORE, IT WAS TASTY AND EFFECTIVE WHEN I PUT IT IN AN ASYLUM RACER AND SMOKED IT LIKE IT WAS HASHISH. 

Postscript: The Expectorant has too much fibre in it to smoke. Some of the very gooey bits can be vaporized however. If it is very gooey there is squeeze in it.

ABOUT THE PAPER LINER

I REMEMBER TRYING TO DEVELOP A PERFECT BOWL WHICH ALLOWED COMPLETE CONSUMMATION OF THE  MARIJUANA OR HASH WHICH WAS BEING SMOKED USING MY PRECIOUS METAL CASTING FACTORY AS A LABORATORY.

I FOUND THAT SOLID STERLING SILVER BOWLS WERE JUST FINE AND PURE ALSO.

THIS WAS THE PIPE USED AND THE STERLING SILVER BOWL WHICH RESULTED. 

HOWEVER, STICKY RESIDUES WOULD ACCUMULATE  ON THE INSIDE OF THE HEAVY, COOL SILVER BOWL AND HASH OR GRASS WOULD BE STUCK THERE INSTEAD OF BEING SMOKED. IT WAS HARD TO CLEAN.

I MADE A HALF OF A CIGARETTE PAPER INTO A CONE AND NIPPED THE POINT OFF.

THE PAPER DOES NOT BURN AND IT ABSORBS OILY RESIDUES AND AS IT INSULATES THE BURNING CANNABIS FROM THE COLD BOWL THERE IS NO BUILDUP OF STICKY RESIDUES.

The Air Force Officer's Club had eleven rooms to rent out, a lounge, a dining room and a cafeteria/dance hall.   Fredericton was a University town and there would be a University Student population to entertain at the freestanding two story building at the University of New Brunswick side of downtown Fredericton New Brunswick. My mother took the money saying that I was under her authority and she was not giving me the money. Grandfather Collard's gift to his grandson turned into a punishment instead, a ten thousand dollar fine for my eighteenth birthday. MOTHER SEIZED IT. 

EDIT MAY 2023: I AM MAKING SALVOZ MARIJUANA SALVE BY SIMMERING SMALL BUD IN COCONUT OIL. SMELLS SIMPLY DIVINE IN MY KITCHEN. I JUST MADE SQUEEZE AND ALSO THE BYPRODUCT *SQUASH.

THE STICKY PARTS CAN BE SMOKED IN A WATER PIPE JUST LIKE BUD, BUT YOU LIGHT IT UP LIGHTLY AND INHALE. 

THIS IS WHERE THE EXTREME Q VAPORIZER COMES IN AT 245* IT DELIVERS ABSOLUTELY SMASHING TOKES WITH AN F2 FAN SETTING.

MARIJUANA HAS BEEN LEGALIZED IN CANADA NOT AT PUBLIC HOUSES BUT IN CRATES, BOXES AND BOTTLES.                                                         

It is almost the life long mental cases creation, "the opposite of what you want". Seventy grams of plastic were reported packaging two x two grams of pot.

The over packaging is not what most marijuana consumers believe in doing. The rigorous over regulation will not let Marijuana Consumption be a part of public socialization where people meet new people and ideas. Live entertainment will probably not be part of Marijuana Legalization as well.

I had imagined the growing, processing and retail sale and  on-site consumption would be vertically integrated and the product quality would thus be controlled. That would be similar to the structure of small Brew Pubs and Wineries.

                                             

I had envisioned a public consumption of Marijuana like alcohol was once consumed in bars and clubs and still is in some situations, and like coffee houses of the past or they may be thriving in some locales, or like Les Club des Hashischiens in Paris France in the Eighteen Hundreds.
